VAG Academy

VAG Academy focuses at hiring young graduate engineers and sales engineers with less than 3 years of job experience.  It is a Graduate engineer Trainee programme wherein the individuals are trained to acquire technical & commercial understanding of the products. We offer a dynamic work environment & great career path to young engineers. We train and build-up these young personalities with excellent skills, knowledge and confidence in VAG.


Programme

The program is a six months course with a 3 months base training to get to know to the company guidelines as well as general technical knowledge followed by a 3 months practical on the job training in the SCM department. During the first months the participants will get to know the company structures, sales and management policies including a short term internship in all major departments. They will learn about the roles and responsibilities of each dept. as well as the processes workflows between the departments. During the second part of the training the Trainee’s will deepen their knowledge on the products, applications and gain experience in sales issues by working as sales support from the Supply Chain Management Department.

Commitment

We expect that trainee’s commit at least 2 years to VAG –India as we invest a lot of time, money & Man-hours in training the trainee’s.

This is part of our strategy for future to get the well trained people particularly for sales in our five regional offices, namely Hyderabad,  Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore and Kolkata.

 The fourth pillar gives you the chance to continue your education "after work", focusing more on your own personal initiative in terms of personal, private further education. VAG also supports you here.
