
Profile for Asst.Manager-Sales:
Under the immediate direction of the Regional Manager–Sales, this position is responsible for:
· Responsible for achieving set targets.
· Management and development of direct sales to customer.
· Involving in Planning and formation of sales strategy.
· Organizing and hosting of visiting customers at factory.
· Conduct product training and application seminars for dealers and customers to build the confidence in the product and the company.
· Provision of weekly and monthly reports to Sales Management on detailing performance.
· Supports special projects as assigned by supervisor/management.
· Interact with other departments in the organization to ensure the proper handling of customer requirements.
Qualification and desired skills:
· B.E (Mech)/DME with 3+Years of experience sales and marketing within a similar industry.
· Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
· Excellent communicator & visionary with a natural affinity for international companies & their business cultures.
· Willingness to travel extensively to increase our business volume through work with dealers, trade shows and customers...
· Strategic thinker & self starting operator.
· Willing to learn new concepts and solutions.
· PC literate; emphasis on Microsoft suite products.
Compensation:
· Compensation is open, depending on an individual's experience, record of accomplishment, and demonstrated earning power.
