Product features
- In acc. with construction type standard DIN 3543, Part 4
- Unifrom connection piece for all nominal diameters
- Permanent tight connection with PE-HD pipe by means of heating spiral welding
- Angle valve with PE end for welding to the welding-on saddle
- Outlet inside screw G ½"
- With 360° rotable outlet (prior to welding)
- For drilling from above under pressure
- Tapping without tapping machine and without auxiliary Shut-off valve
- Integrated hollow drill remains as main Shut-off after tapping
- Final Inspection Test to EN 12266 (DIN 3230, Part 4)
Materials and corrosion protection
- Welding-on saddle with clamping piece made of PE-HD (Type GF)
- Angle valve made of brass, nickel-plated
- Hollow drill made of brass
- Actuator shaft made of stainless steel 1.4021
Field of application
- Max. operating temperature for liquids: 50°C
- For tapping of PE-HD pipes PE 80 and PE 100 under pressure
- Pipe dimensions da 90...225 SDR 11 (SDR 17)
- Max. pipe wall thickness 20.5 mm
